You are talking about 3% population trying to dominate 97%?
Do some research before you talk..
The people of the lower casts try to misuse and overuse the reservation benefits provided- It is subtle and I don't have distinctive example to show that here. And you 97% people have reservation benefits not 3%people. According to you 97% is a minority???????
